Booking Conditions

The applicant accepts these conditions on behalf of all the members of the party. Only persons named on the booking form are entitled to use the property.

Check-in/Check-out The property is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. It may be possible to change these times but you must request this prior to the commencement of your holiday.

Your Responsibility The party must treat the property; its furniture, fittings utensils and other facilities with respect. Any loss or damage must be reported immediately to the management company. The applicant must make good or pay for any loss, damage or breakage. Peaches Villa or their booking agent reserve the right to withhold any monies from the security deposit or charge the applicants credit card to pay for any loss or damage caused to the property to its contents by any member of the party.

An adult in the pool area must supervise children's safety. Glass and breakable crockery must not be taken into the pool or surrounding patio area.

Cleaning the property The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival after you have departed. Should you require an extra weekly clean, this must be requested prior to the commencement of the holiday. Although the property will be cleaned after your departure it must be left in an orderly state and all kitchen utensils should be washed and put away. Should the property require extensive cleaning then Peaches Villa or their booking agent reserve the right to withhold any monies from the security deposit or charge the applicants credit card to pay for the extra cleaning and for repairs.

Problems Any complaints related to the accommodation must be made in writing to the Florida representative within 24 hours of any problem arising, who will endeavour to put things right. Unless there is a valid reason, we will not consider Peaches Villa, their agents or representatives liable for any complaint that was initially registered with the Florida representative during your stay. The applicant is hereby made aware that on many estates there will be other homes under construction. Peaches Villa, their agents or representatives will not accept liability for complaint's arising from construction. The owner, management company or their agent will not be liable for any loss or delay caused by conditions over which they have no control.. The owner, management company or its agents will not be liable for any loss due to noise or disturbance from anywhere within the vicinity of the rental property.

Climate The applicant is hereby made aware that, as Florida is a tropical climate it is the home of many insects etc. All homes are treated on a regular basis to repel such unwanted visitors, but inevitably they occasionally will find there way inside properties from time to time. They are best eradicated by spraying with an appropiate product.

Pool Heat is charged as an optional extra.

Maid Service This is available as an optional extra.

Booking £200 (or $300) per week deposit is required. The applicant must notify any additions or alterations to the booking form in writing. Payment balance due 10 weeks before departure plus a damage/ security deposit of £200 (or $300) is required. The security deposit is refundable immediately after your holiday upon receipt of a satisfactory report from the local management company. Applicants cancelling a booking up to 10 weeks prior to departure will lose their booking deposit. Applicants cancelling a booking less than between 4 and 10 weeks before departure will be liable for 50% of the total cost of their rental. Applicants cancelling a booking within 4 weeks of departure will be liable for 100% of the total cost of the rental.

Peaches Villa or its agents do not accept liability for loss of mains services such as electricity or water supplies, nor for the consequences of the actions or omissions of the persons who supply the services. The property is only covered for liability insurance. The owners accept no responsibility for loss or theft of clients luggage or personal property at any time at the property or pool area, or any location ion the USA. Clients are responsible for their own "all risk" insurance. Is is your responsibility to ensure that yourself and those for whom you are booking are in possession of valid passports and any appropriate visas. British passports must be valid for 6 months after your departure from the USA. Applicants are strongly recommended to take out adequate holiday insurance to cover cancellation,accident/illness or damage.
